These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coretex Lead Dashboard website and application at coretexcrm.com (the "Service"), operated by CoreTex CRM ("we", "us", "our"), owned by Meraj Alam, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
By purchasing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Coretex Lead Dashboard is a lead-management and small-business productivity tool that includes: a lead tracker, quotation maker, GST invoice generator, AI-assisted follow-up script generator, payment reminder tool, AI business advisor, and analytics dashboard. Features and limits (e.g. number of active leads, daily AI query limits) are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund, where the violation involves fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
You retain ownership of the lead, customer, quotation, and invoice data you enter into the dashboard ("Your Data"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Data, including GST details on invoices/quotations you generate — Coretex Lead Dashboard is a tool to help you create these documents faster, but you remain responsible for their tax and legal accuracy. The AI Follow-up Scripts and AI Business Advisor features are powered by Google's Gemini API and generate suggested text based on the information you provide. This content:
We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your use of AI-generated content without independent review.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by CoreTex CRM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes for as long as your account remains active. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to features from time to time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreTex CRM and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, business, or data) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (₹499).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; this does not automatically entitle you to a refund outside the terms of our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms and the features of the Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
