This End User License Agreement ("License", "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee", "you") and CoreTex CRM, owned by Meraj Alam, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Licensor", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Coretex Lead Dashboard software and web application (the "Software").
By purchasing and/or using the Software, you accept the terms of this License. This License supplements, and should be read alongside, our Terms & Conditions.
Subject to your payment of the applicable one-time fee and compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your own internal business purposes, for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
This license is issued per business/account at the tier you purchased (currently: up to 20 active leads, unlimited quotations/invoices, and the AI feature limits described on the pricing page). It is not a license to:

The Software, including all source code, design, trademarks, and documentation, is and remains the exclusive property of CoreTex CRM. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software — only the limited right to use it as described above. You retain full ownership of the business data (leads, quotations, invoices, etc.) you enter into the Software.
We may release updates, improvements, or new features to the Software from time to time at our discretion. Updates released for your purchased tier during the life of your license are included at no extra cost; optional higher tiers or add-on products may be offered separately and require a separate purchase.
This License is effective from the date your account is activated and continues until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement or our Terms & Conditions, or if your account is deleted (by you or by us for cause). Upon termination, your right to use the Software ends immediately; provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under this License shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software. See Section 11 of our Terms & Conditions for full details.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
